Burn Permits

Fire Ban has been lifted to a Fire ADVISORY: August 27 at 10am

The Fire Ban has been lifted with the recent rain, however we remain in an ADVISORY status. The ADVISORY is now in effect for Kneehill County, including Keiver's Lake Campground and hamlets (Torrington, Huxley, Swalwell, Sunnyslope, Wimborne). Campfires are allowed, however extreme caution must be taken.

The Towns of Three Hills and Trochu, and the Villages of Acme, Carbon, and Linden will have their own restrictions, if any. Please call their offices or visit their websites for details in their jurisdictions.

Fire permits MAY now be issued, depending on conditions at the proposed burn site.

Thank you for your cooperation.
