Braconnier Dam Campground will open to the public June 1, 2020, with restrictions in place due to COVID-19.

Please note: To book a campsite, campers must pre-register and pay online prior to arrival.

  • 50% capacity; only one camping unit per site
  • All group sites will remain closed until further notice
  •  All units must be fully self contained, and unit must have own water source.
  • No washrooms or outhouses will be available at any of the sites
  • New! Starting June 1, 2020, bookings and payments for campsites at Braconnier Dam must be made through our online reservation system.
  • Garbage cans will be blocked open to avoid any contact during disposal
  • Camp Kitchen is closed
  • All campers are required to follow Alberta Health Services regulations that have been released relative to camping.
  • Use at your own risk. Please continue to practice good hygiene and physical distancing when accessing these parks, and do not visit the campgrounds if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Payment and reservations must be made through the online booking system
