Kneehill County is proud to highlight the Agripreneurs and Businesses that make our community great.
Like many of our featured Entrepreneurs, Marsha Klassen and Victor Fonseca found a service gap in their community they had the skills to address. With over 20 years of experience in specialty concrete finishing, Marsha and Victor opened up Swalwell Renos and Concrete to service the needs of local residents.
This family-run business is celebrating its first anniversary this April. Over the past year, Victor has lent his specialized concrete skills to several local projects. With a focus on residential clients, Swalwell Renos and Concrete is all about the details. Their portfolio contains preparing and finishing driveways, sidewalks, pads, and basements as well as repairs, parging, and installing cultured stone. When not up to his elbows in cement, this jack-of-all-trades can be found completing various renovations, roofing, and landscaping projects.
Building a new company is not without its challenges. Marsha’s advice for Entrepreneurs is to get your “office” in order before opening the service side of your business, noting, “Once you’re open to the public, it’s hard to find time to finalize administrative details.”
Give Marsha and Victor a call to inquire about your upcoming concrete and renovation projects. Their comprehensive knowledge of the latest equipment and techniques for installations, repairs, or renovations will ensure they entirely resolve your property’s issues.
“Swalwell Renos and Concrete is devoted to you, the customer. We make an effort to provide complete transparency and customer satisfaction. We strive to be communicative and professional.”
