Due to a critical water main break, the drinking water in the Town of Three Hills, Mount Vernon, and Equity Water System areas may not be safe to drink. A boil water advisory is in IMMEDIATE effect for these areas once water service is restored.
Actions to take:
- Do not consume water from the tap
- Boil water, bring water to a rolling boil for 1 minute prior to use
- Drink bottled water only
- Limit water use to emergencies only
