May 25, 2023 – Kneehill County invites local farmers and landowners to attend an informative session on renewable energy developments, June 12, 2023, at the Trochu Community Centre, starting at 7 pm.

Featuring Darcy Allen from the Farmers’ Advocacy Office, and Daryl Bennet from Action Surface Rights, the session aims to provide farmers and landowners with the tools they need to make informed decisions about leasing their land for renewable energy developments. Attendees will have the chance to hear from experts in the field and will have an opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session with the presenters.

“Renewable energy continues to be a hot topic in our area, and throughout the province,” said Reeve Jerry Wittstock. “I highly encourage anyone curious or concerned about these developments to come out and have your questions answered.”

This event is open to the public and free to attend. Refreshments will be served.
