In this webinar you will learn how to: 1) Discover the trending digital tactics for the year ahead and where your greatest opportunities lie. 2) Understand who you are speaking to, what you need to convey to them, and how to ensure your message gets seen and acted on. 3) Using the customer journey as your guide, determine the physical and digital marketing touchpoints required to take your prospect from cold lead to hot customer.

The Rural Development Network and ASSIST Community Services Centre are hosting a 4-part webinar series to train service providers, community members and organizations in building their capacity to support newcomers in the community or workplace. The goal of this training is to promote the attraction and retention of newcomers in rural Alberta communities. The training will be offered to organizations in Hinton, Kneehill County, Sylvan Lake and Wainwright. In this training, participants will learn about the characteristics of a welcoming community through various levels - individual, collective and systemic. This training will highlight some best practices that service providers can adapt to help support their welcoming capacity in working with newcomers, as well as different aspects of inclusion, inclusive services, and retaining newcomers.
